Cancellations & Amendments
If you need to cancel or amend your booking, a non-refundable administrative fee of KWD 10.000 per ticket/voucher will apply, in addition to any charges imposed by the airline or supplier. If the airline cancels a flight, this fee will also apply. Requests for changes or cancellations should be sent via email to support@flyWiyana.com or through WhatsApp/SMS at +96599005308, including your reference number and full name. Refunds for eligible tickets may take up to 45 days to process.

Payment & Security
All payments on our site are processed in Kuwaiti Dinars. We accept major credit/debit cards and make every effort to secure your payment information through industry-standard encryption. Fraudulent or suspicious activity will result in the cancellation of associated bookings, and we reserve the right to take legal action if fraudulent activity is detected.

User Responsibility
Travelers are responsible for having the appropriate documents, such as visas, for their journeys. Additionally, travelers should arrive at the airport at least three hours before departure to ensure a smooth check-in.
